Return Eligibility

Standard Products

Standard handmade cards and printed materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items in original, unused condition
Original packaging intact and included
Items not damaged or altered
Return authorization obtained

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom printed materials and handmade cards created to your specifications:

Non-refundable once production begins
Returns accepted only for defects or our errors
Changes must be requested before production
Proof of defect required for returns

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Ship the item(s) back using the provided return address and include the return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping Recommendations

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment. For defective items, return shipping will be covered by Carekindcreative.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the returned item once it is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective handmade cards or printed materials:

Immediate Action Required

Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Carekindcreative.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom orders after production has begun
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned after the 14-day return period
Items without original packaging or documentation
Digital products or downloadable items

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for standard products within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

Custom Order Cancellation

Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins, but a cancellation fee may apply depending on the work already completed. Once production has started on custom printed materials, cancellations are not accepted.
